Designed, implemented and supported learning management system structures for over 5 training programs - served as the primary contact with the vendor to triage and assess requirements with system capabilities. Created repeatable processes for onboarding of new training programs using the LMS.

I’m currently a Business Analyst at Ubisoft clarifying requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud and pursuing the Salesforce Admin Certification. As a volunteer and board member for Portland Pride Band, I consolidated 7 disparate contact databases for the organization into one Salesforce repository. I configured the fields required to collect the data, created reports, and defined the overall architecture for the band.

I have over 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Power BI data visualizations for operational use. I have had formal training and extensive experience in Power BI, Query, and PowerPivot DAX Formulas. I’m a data visualization champion as demonstrated at Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), City of Spokane, and Spokane Transit Authority.

I was the Project Manager for the City of Spokane implementation of GovQA for public records requests. This was a 5 month project working side by side with GovQA implementation specialist. I had hands-on experience configuring certain aspects of the system and also led extensive testing sessions.

Served as a business analyst on the Netsuite implementation project for Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance. Conducted requirements analysis and a fit-gap of anticipated features and capabilities with what was delivered to NEEA. Hands-on experience configuring fields, workflows, reports and dashboards.

Worked with the Fleet and Facilities Maintenance team at Spokane Transit Authority to target, test, and implement improvements to the use of Tyler Munis for management of assets and work orders. Hands on configuration and process testing, requirements definition, and fit-gap analysis.

Served as a business analyst for the implementation of eCourt, eProbation, eDefender, and eProsecutor for the City of Spokane’s Municipal Court. Gathered requirements for third party interfaces and lead testing sessions for the software and its internal and external data exchanges. Hands-on low-code configuration experience of business rules, data fields, SQL views, SSRS reports and other.
