Responsible for configuring and testing the company ERP and Work Order system for use in Fleet Maintenance and Facilities and Grounds Maintenance at Spokane Transit Authority. Contributed to efforts to acquire battery electric buses and supporting charging infrastructure including drafting grant applications, one of which resulted in a recommended award from Washington Department of Transportation for over 1.6 million.   • Designed, implemented and supported learning management system structures for over 5 training programs - served as the primary contact with the vendor to triage and assess requirements with system capabilities. Created repeatable processes for onboarding of new training programs using the LMS.

  • Developed master data and data set management practices and documentation and was the IT support lead and trainer for Business Intelligence tools.

  • Created and maintained operational dashboards for energy efficiency metrics and IT support KPIs.

  • Collaborated with the IT team in the overhaul and subsequent adoption and training efforts of the NEEA intranet site for document management, collaboration and communication on SharePoint 2013. Key point of contact for use-related questions and needs.
